NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified users, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data may also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. CONTACT FORMS OR EMAIL
During navigation, in some parts of the Site, a contact form may be included for subscribing to a newsletter or an event organized by The Wine Experience Srl. In addition, the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message. The data may also be used to create an archive for sending proposals or future initiatives via e-mail from The Wine Experience Srl on the basis of legitimate interest.

Retention periods
Navigation data is kept for short periods of time, except for any extensions related to investigation activities or for ascertaining responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Cookies are stored according to what is indicated in the “Cookie Statement.” Data collected from contact forms or received via email will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill requests.

Processing methods
Personal data is processed by the Controller mainly using electronic means and is stored on servers within its own company management system and/or on servers of third-party companies duly appointed as Data Processors. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent the loss or alteration of data – including accidental loss – illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Scope of data communication
Where appropriate and in compliance with laws and current requirements, we may transmit your personal data, in various ways and for various reasons, to the following categories of subjects: External service providers, who act on our behalf (including external consultants, business partners and professionals, IT consultants, and technical support staff who carry out checks and development activities on our IT systems); External providers of IT services and data analysis, as well as ADV and social digital marketing services, who act as our external processors, appointed as such pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, or independent data controllers.

Location of processing and transfer of data to non-EU countries
Processing, including storage, of personal data takes place on servers owned by the data controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as data processors, located within the European Union. However, personal data may be transferred to third countries, mainly for analysis and digital and social marketing services, or to social network platforms, by adopting the contractual clauses referred to in the European Commission Decision of February 5, 2010, for the transfer of personal data to processors located in third countries, in compliance with the provisions of art. 46, GDPR and, where applicable for compliance with contractual obligations of which you are a party concerned, in compliance with the provisions of art. 49, paragraph 1, letter b), GDPR.

Rights of data subjects under Articles 15-22, GDPR

At any time, the data subject can request the complete and updated list of data processors and third parties to whom personal data may be communicated.

Complaint to the Supervisory Authority T
he data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali – Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma (RM)- www.garanteprivacy.it, by sending an email to protocollo@pec.gpdp.it, using the form available on the Authority’s website.
